Philosophy behind Yesterday's

Yesterday's sits just off Interstate 15 in the middle of nowhere Montana, Exit 23 in a little spot we call Dell. It's a place where the sidewalks are rolled up and everyone goes home when the sun goes down. For those travelers who find themselves wandering the endless dotted lines of the interstate in this part of God's country, so very far away from home, there's a little brick school house that sits just across the railroad tracks to the East of the interstate where you can find a home cooked meal to satisfy that hunger for home. The sticky buns, doughnuts, dinner rolls and even the bread for french toast are all homemade. The pie crusts are from scratch and the recipes have been handed down for years. The sourdough pancakes are just that, sourdough pancakes from the beast we feed and keep alive, not from a box. And the fries are cut fresh when you order not taken from a freezer. The soups are homemade not canned as is the gravy which is gluten free! Even the strawberry jam is homemade. We believe in HOME COOKED FOOD and COMFORT FOOD to sooth the soul.
